Notice is hereby given that the Town Council of the Town of Shady Shores, Texas will hold a SPECIAL MEETING at the above named date, time, and location for the purpose of discussion on the items listed below.

1. Call to Order

2. PUBLIC MEETING---Consideration or any appropriate action on emergency road repair to Berry Lane

3. Adjourn

As authorized by Section 551.071(2) of the Texas Government Code, this meeting may be convened into closed executive session for the purpose of seeking confidential legal advice from the city attorney on any agenda item listed herein.
